I helped launch a platform in Singapore that sells critical illness insurance directly to consumers. A team in Ireland built it, and I was the point of contact in APAC for requirements and stakeholder engagement. I traveled to Singapore for an initial discovery session on how it would fit into the country’s systems. In early 2019, I handed over product and technical ownership of the platform to my team.
