I use AI to ship real products, at work and on my own projects. Here’s what that looks like.

About me

I’m a product leader based in Bangkok, and I put AI to work. I’ve spent ten years shipping digital products in insurance, fintech, travel, and consumer apps, and I’m currently a Principal Product Manager at Agoda.

My focus now is practical AI: finding the repetitive work a team shouldn’t have to do, and turning it into products people actually use. At Agoda, that means Claude skills I build and share with colleagues, and my team’s automation, now rolling out globally. On my own time, it’s the assistant, apps, and sites on this page.

I still start where I always have: with the user, the data, and the smallest version that proves the value.

What I do

My newest focus is putting AI to work. Behind it are ten years of product work, from user research and roadmaps to leading a regional team of product managers.

  • AI Implementation

    Find the repetitive work in a team or product and put AI to work on it, from Claude skills and automations to products built around AI.

  • Product Management

    Map the market, set the roadmap, and follow through with the team until it ships.

  • Product Research

    Recruit users, run interviews in person and online, and turn what they say into clear findings.

  • Workshop Facilitation

    Plan and run workshops that get teams sharing ideas and agreeing on what to build.

Earlier work

Before AI, I shipped insurance products across Asia and a VPN used by millions, researched an AI trend tool for fashion brands, and launched an app of my own.

    Lead Agoda’s Supply Opportunity product area: supply digital marketing, an in-house CRM, and the data science models behind Supply’s core KPI.

    Led Payouts in Agoda’s Fintech group, the systems that pay hotels and travel partners worldwide, with a team of 22+ engineers across four scrum teams.

    Built and led the IT product team in Thailand and Vietnam, set product direction for both countries, led a regional API program for partners, and set up the WE@Liberty diversity and inclusion group.
