Product management for the iOS and Mac apps of a consumer VPN used by millions of people.
At Network Guard, I managed the iOS and Mac apps for ExpressVPN and prepared new features for release.
I also managed the cross-platform conversion strategy. Using Firebase, Google Analytics, and Miro, I found ways to turn more free trials into paid subscriptions and wrote them up as funnel stories for several Scrum teams. On the iOS team, I introduced Agile changes that made the work easier to see and plan for the team and its stakeholders.
