Assisted with the launch of a platform in Singapore that sells critical illness insurance directly to the consumer. This platform was originally built by a team in Ireland and I was the point of contact in APAC who assisted with requirements and stakeholder engagement. Traveled to Singapore for an initial discovery session to define integration into the country’s systems. Facilitated the handover in transferring product and technical ownership of this application to my team in early-2019.
