EasyClaim

Launched an Angular web app that allows users to submit claims for policies without needing to create an account. Determined need for the portal by thinking from user perspective when they are deciding which channel to use for claim submission. Leveraged existing services to expedite the development and ensure efficient completion of the project. Managed an offshore team for frontend delivery and internal local team for backend delivery.
