Hong Kong Corporate Website

Managed a project to re-design, re-architect, and re-engineer the company’s website in both Hong Kong and Singapore using Drupal as a CMS. I acted as both Product Manager and Scrum Master on this project due to resource constraints. I kept the timeline on track while balancing business needs and managing expectations for MVP. Traveled to Singapore to be the key decisionmaker for a Discovery and Framing workshop with various members of the business and our design partners. The workshop included user interviews, low-fidelity mockup creation for hypothesis testing, and discussion with stakeholders across business units.
