Assisted with the launch of a digital web-based platform using Angular that sells individual medical insurance in Hong Kong. Acted as the point of contact for the Scrum team located in Ireland that was building the tool. Drove forward development by removing organizational and cultural impediments and working with the local team to determine what the most valuable features in the product were.
